Our team will build a house on your plot in a few days. You can choose one of three finishing stages: open shell, closed shell or developer plus (with heating).

What is SIP?

A SIP panel (structural insulating panel) is also known as a sandwich panel. This is a technology of panels composed of a polystyrene core with very good thermal insulation properties or rock wool, and OSB boards. The very good strength properties of the panels are related to their composite nature obtained by joining the individual panel components using glue.

What is the advantage of sip?

SIP panels have been used for over 80 years. They offer durability, improved energy efficiency and excellent durability. With a wood wool core, they are the most environmentally friendly option because they are made from renewable materials, which reduces your carbon footprint.
